A SPECIAL DAY! all HAIL... or Praise BE! or something... E-mail
Tuesday, 07 July 2009 10:30

Just a brief remembering today, which is 7th of July, 2009, which is 4 years since I stood open mouthed at the telly, when those stinking narcissistic adolescent fucks blew themselves up on the tubes and buses of London, a remembering of all the people who died and were injured and scarred for life that day.  Give them a moment in your thoughts today.

real people

["real people died" - 8.7.2005]

Of course, no one will remember this anniversary after today because it will become Michael Bloody Jackson Memorial Day, which will be SO much more important to the empty-headed fools of the world who now outnumber the sentients, whose idolatry of equally vacuous people is bringing the various cultures of the whole world to their knees, fuelled by unthinking media twits who encourage the moron-worship, making it acceptable to cry in the streets for the death of a famous (as opposed to a normal who didn't bring it on themselves). What a deep pitiful shame.  I despair of the human race some days.  Today is one of them.

Can't agree with you more!
The freakin memorial 'concert' with his coffin in the middle of the stage...

Surely you have memorials after one has been laid to rest? or was this AEG trying to grab back all that cash it will lose from the ejit doing his 50 nights in the London o2 arena?!

Morons the lot of them...

And a moment of silence to remember the real 7/7 people.

Great post. One of those rare occasions where I thump the table and say "fuck, yeah!" in agreement.

And the fact that the object of all this hysterical worship, Michael Bloody Jackson, was not only a narcissitic freak but a child-abuser seems to have been totally swept under that celebrity red carpet. But that's okay, innit, since he could do some dance moves and had a zillion mega-selling records.

I felt really down on the anniversary of that day. A friend of mine was on that tube train. He had gone to London, on that day of all days, to buy a wedding anniversary present for his wife. He had asked me to go with him, but I had a hospital appointment that day and couldn't go. Now I feel as if I let him down.

He was blown to bits by those murdering shitfaced arseholes who say theirs is a "religion of peace".

Sorry, can't write any more.

Never mind Jackson and all the politics, but that drawing is so beautiful. Did you do it in a photoshop? It reminds me of a Opi's pop-art style, but with a new twist. Is there a smaller unfinished head behind the front one?

You should do a whole series.

There is my photo blog, about the dusk on the streets of London. I'll be adding some London by night photography soon.

a note to newcomers

However you have found this brain dump of mine please note that:
a. this is a blog.  It is a bit of fun.  It is written on a certain day then left behind, I never go back and edit... ANYTHING.
b. before you take it upon yourself to tell me off for being misanthropic and awful, first, remember you might be missing something in my ridiculous writing, second, stop going out of your way to be offended and go and find some mermaids and fluffy things to look at.
c. then again, if you're moved to express your contempt of me, then good... at least I have moved you to SOMETHING.
d. that is all.
